I usually spend my creative time writing/illustrating books (amazon.com |.ca|.uk) or making online comics but every now and then I get the urge to make something a little bit more interactive.
Although I'm not terribly great at programming, I do know enough to scrap together the vision I have in my head or at least google around for some technical help to get the job done.
There is something about the synergy of skills required to make these things happen that I find deeply satisfying. It's an attractive blend of the pragmatic and the whimsical.
